Adult signature

Gifts that contain alcohol require the signature of an adult of legal drinking age in the destination country at delivery. The courier may ask for ID.

Where alcohol is available

Alcohol-containing gifts are shown only for destinations and channels where they can be delivered legally. They are not offered through AI-assistant channels.

Refusal or unavailability

If no adult is available to sign after reasonable attempts, the gift may be returned to the partner; a re-delivery fee or partial refund may apply.

Wine and spirits in substitutions

If a specific label is unavailable, it is replaced with a wine or spirit of the same type and of equal or greater value — only the brand may change. Alcohol is never added to a gift that didn't include it.
